Question Electrical problem

Hey, on my volvo that i just bought I have a big electrical problem.
problem one. The keyless entry only unlocks the drivers door, hit the
button again and the doors just make kinda a clicking sound.

Problem two. the drivers window/lock controls will neither raise
the windows or unlock the other doors. however, it will lower
all windows and lock all doors!?!? I took the door panel off and
the wiring seems perfect. I checked all fuses that i know of
and still nothing, i'm completely baffled. Please help! Thanx

I would try another window switch first.

Default re. electrical problem

Hmm, Im confused what do you mean by 'different switch'?
all the other switches work, down, but not up. but on the
passenger doors they work up also. do you mean try
replacing the master door control panel?

Default wiring harness

The S70 driver side wiring harness may have some pins that have backed out on you. If you are comfortable getting the door open, you can buy that harness for about $100 from a dealer, and replace it in a couple of hours.

If the pins backed out they can be pushed and locked back into place.
