I went autozone today to check the codes on my 1999 S70 Volvo. In the last couple of days the brake light, ABS light, STC light, winter mode light (flashing), and the engine light have been on. Now only the engine light is on. I have an appointment with the dealership tomorrow but I wanted to know if anyone has heard of these codes before? Can anyone tell me what I am looking at for repair cost? How hard are these repairs to do on a scale 1 to 10?

The codes are: 0722 and 1618

Here is an update -- took it to the volvo dealer and they said it needs the dreaded ABS control module.

Still trying to decide whether i want the dealership to do it for $980 and dnot worry about it or if I can send it out and get it remanufactured like many of you have done.

If anyonce cna give me some feedback on this process -- it would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problems as you.

Multiple check engine codes and ABS & SERVICE & WASHER FLUID & BRAKE LIGHT.
(Mechanic said it looks like a christmas tree)
