Default Exact location and procedure to remove Throttle Position Sensor

Hi folks. I have a '99 S70 T5 with a bad Throttle position sensor. I know that it's located on the throttle body assembly under the intake manifold, but I'm having a difficult time getting to it. Does anyone have an EXACT list of ancillary equipment and a procedure for removing them so that the TPS will be accessible?

Thanks,
