I have a Volvo S70 AWD Turbo, which I love, but the check engine light has been on continuously for years ( despite several "repairs", a recall, and hundreds of dollars). Now we're in NC and it won't pass the emissions test. Does anyone know if there is a solution with in the car or if any models are exempt from testing due to defect.
