fastest way to air pump

Air pump is broken, got a used one that works.
Whats the fastest way to get to it and repalce it?
I need to get to it from the top since I have no way to lift the car.

You will have to do some work from the bottom.
There is 2 screws that go through the bracket to the frame under the battery tray.
But it has to come out the bottom.
The one top hose is the main one that is a PITA.
