Default FMIC on ME7 (99-00) Cars with ETM

I noticed that on the 850s and '98 S70s that the stock intercooler piping is slightly different than the '99 and '00 S70s. I assume that it's because of the Electronic throttle module. I have seen some great write ups for fabricating FMICs, but they are only for the '98 S70s. The biggest difference that I see is that the charge pipe going into the ETM is different than the piping going into the throttle body on the '98 S70s. I didn't want to remove that pipe mainly because I saw all sorts of wires and sensors connected to it and I didn't want to fool with it. So should I just leave that pipe there and fabricate all the rest? I was also wondering if people leave the stock intercooler in or if they remove it. Thanks in advance guys!

Well you can leave that pipe if you want to or make a new pipe and transfer the sensors over.

I will be doing a FMIC on my Yellow pretty soon hopefully because my stock one is leaking pretty bad. I just found this out and am saving up for the FMIC.

When I put it in I will be removing the stock one.

Thanks Tech! I think I'm just going to leave the pipe there to save myself some trouble because I'm not too sure how difficult it would be to transfer the sensors. I'll probably put in a transmission cooler at the same time since I have an automatic :/ And since the ECU is "married" to the car, I can't do a 5 speed swap.
