On VS I have seen people buy an intercooler from E-bay for a Mazda Miata and custom make the piping and put them on the 850's and S70's.

But the prices look higher now the e-bay link didn't work. Get a S60R exhaust manifold.

1. An FMIC is going to be a custom job. No one makes an FMIC setup for Volvo's.

2. No one really makes an manifold upgrades. Have a local shop make you one. Again custom job.

3. Your an LPT meaning you have a 13g turbo. You can upgrade to a 16T, 18T, 19T. But unless you do other mods I would go with the 16T. Because the 18T and 19T will require some other mods and that gets into some money.

I lied, you can try the s60R manifold upgrade that IPD USA sells. It is supposedly better. I would call IPD USA and talk to them about it. They talk about it being an upgrade for the T5's but your not a T5. I am sure it will work, but call and ask first.
