Default Front noise and vibrations -Volvo S70

We installed a new Bridgestone Potenza G 019 Grid tires on my wife's 2000 Volvo S70 couple of months ago. I drove it recently and there is a really annoying noise and vibrations coming from the front of the car. The tires have been balanced and the car has a new tie rods on it (inner & outer). The engine mounts have been checked . They are OK. The noise accelerate when the car do so. The noise isn't knocking . I have a filling that the tires aren't perfect circle or they have a flat part )).
Any suggestions?
I will appreciate.

What does the noise sound like? Where do you feel the vibration?

If I understand you correctly, you have some kind of vibration or thrum in the front that increases in frequency with vehicle speed. I agree with your suspicions about the tires or wheel balance.

Of course if the tires are new, then some kind of wear problem doesn't seem very likely, and a problem like cupping wear should be visible on inspection.

They balance the wheels with weights at the outer edge of the wheels, and it is possible that you lost a weight or two. It's also still possible there is some kind of deviation from circularity in the tire.

I'd go to a shop that can do dynamic wheel balancing (spin balance) and have the balance checked again on both front wheels and adjusted if it appears to be wrong. If balance was found to be at fault and corrected, then you should be done.

If you still have the noise, change the front wheels to the back. If it's anything in those two wheels or tires, the noise will move to the back (and perhaps lessen too), and you can look further at them. If the noise stays about the same, then it wasn't those wheels or tires - maybe there is a problem with a CV joint or wheel bearing up front.

First of all thank you for your responds.
It's a humming noise (like in a helicopter),and yes- it increases with the speed.
I went to the tire shop (Firestone) and they said that there is a cupping on my tires. They rotate them (they put a rear ones on front). They also balanced them.I can't figure out why the are cupping? And why the rear one are the same? I read some bad reviews about this particular tires. Specially regarding the noise. Doesn't seem to me that the wheel bearing are bad- there isn't a knocking noise or overheating . Visually I can't see any problem with the tires. They look perfect, they have only 7000 miles on it. The only think that I didn't check is suspensions ??? When they checked my car they didn't say anything about it.

Sounds like you have a bad wheel bearing. You normally can't tell tire balance problems under 40 mph.

Well, I figured it had to be something else, but I put "Bridgestone Potenza G019" into Google and "noise" came up in the autocomplete... maybe those are just lousy tires?

Lots of people report problems with noise ("sounds like I am driving on a gravel road", "sounds like I am driving a dumptruck", "noisiest tires I've ever seen"), and cupping problems too.

Hello,
It ended up that all this noise was from left wheel bearing.
I replaced both -left and right wheel hubs. It's runs perfect now finally.

Wow, I actually just purchased the same set of tires. They have pretty great ratings for the price. They have great wet weather traction, especially as compared to my old tires (can't remember what they were offhand...) I will say they probably aren't the most quiet tires you can buy, but as for whine or irregular wear...I haven't had any issues. I've had them about 5k.

Check tire pressue too. Mine are filled with Nitrogen, maybe it provides a difference?

That sounds sort of like a wheel bearing to me as well. I would have those checked.
