Default Hand break and accelerator freeze

Hello Experts,
I was out of contry on vacation and my car was left in the driveway for almost 3 weeks with snow covered.

Now,
1. hand break won't release (Cann't move the car at all).

2. Accelerator doesn't release either(when I push the gas, it goes up and when I take release, it won't release). I checked the accelerator cable and it seems to be perfect (removed the cable connection to engine and check manuall. It looks like the part, where the cable is connected in engine, seems to be freeze/stiff. I try to increate the accelerator from engine and it clearly won't release (or go back to Idle).

Any help is much appreciated. Is there any spray the I can use ?

Park it in a warm garage or parkadeovernight, and see if it loosens up. Where are you located?
