i just changed the lenses on the head lamps to e-code and i put piaa bulbs in not too long ago.. the only problem is that the head lights are not balanced correctly, they are pointed towards the floor... it really doesnt help at all while driving at night..
i tried turning the thing on the head lamp with a philips screw driver but nothing happened..
does anyone know how to level them correctly..

Were you turning the one to move it up or down or the one to move it side to side?

 

the side to side... where is the one to turn it up or down?

 

I believe the one on the back is the up and down and the one on the top is the side to side.
