Can someone tell me what kind of engine do I have. It is a 1998 S70 GLT turbo.
Is this a T5 or not? how many HP does it have?
Is it a good car? please advise

 

Well it isn't the T5, because you would know by the T5 badge on the *** end of the car.

You have the LPT engine, LOW PRESSURE TURBO.

I have a 1999 s70 awd, it is also an LPT engine. Stock mine has about 193 Hp and like 210 FT-LB's of torque.

I would venture to guess yours does too.
