Help, I can't tell how fast Im going

Have a 1998 s70 t5 5spd. replaced the speed sensor with no results. It only registers about half the speed. What gives??

What sensor did you replace?

Is the ABS light on?

abs light, no its off the sensor directly under the air bax

The speedo gets signal from the ABS module.
The ABS module calculates the speed of the car.
