Default Help identifying this small hose???

I am trying to diagnose a problem with my 1998 s70 (non Turbo). the car seems to idle fine, but as soon as I give it some gas it starts to sputter a little, sometimes it will just stall. If I pump the game a little it will work through the sputter and smooth out. I can also feel the car cutting out a little at highway speeds, although this is not consistently.

I noticed that there was a small (thin) black hose coming out of the back of the throttle body cover (?) that was not plugged into anything. It looks like it was plugged somewhere at some point. This hose comes out of the box with another small (thin) white hose. I don't know if this would have anything to do with my issue, but need to eliminate that possibility. I have no check engine light coming on. The car had been sitting for about two weeks, I have since put fresh 93 octane gas in it. Photo below of the hose in question. Looked everywhere, but could not see where it plugs into. Appreciate the help.

Default

unscrew the one screw holding the throttle pulley cover on. I think it will fit into the "tree" under that.

Default I looked under that cover

I popped that cover off and looked to see where it might go, but no luck. Unless I'm just missing it?

Thanks
