I have a 98 S70 non turbo that until yesterday was driving good. all of a sudden a hard jerk then after a quarter mile rpms shoot threw the roof the trans fault arrow came on rapid power lost had to pull over on the highway called my dad was told to let the car cool before trans would shift in any gear and still wouldn't go over 15 miles hour for a yard before it quit completely. could there be some type of sensor that caused this to happen so fast. or is the trans gone, and could the mass air flow sensor cause this malfunction.
