Default Help!! My 1999 S70 won't start

Here is my story:

Last week, when I try to start my car, and it didn't work.I figure out it probably the battery is dead. So,Itry to start the engineby cabling withmy GF car and it starts. Then, Ireplacea newbattery and everything went back normal.

However, last night when I started the engine,it won't start again. I heardticks when I try to start it.(haven't heard thatlast week). And I see the clockresets to 0:00 which happen last time as well. SoI try to start the engine with my GF car again. Butit didn't work this time.

Does anyone know what the potential problems?
Is it the battery again?

Please Help

Thank you very much.

That, or a serious parasitic drain on battery.
