It is somewhat of a pain. You have to remove the A-pillar panel(Plastic panel by the windsheild) then follow the wire sometimes leads inside the dash. Then unplug and install the new one.

Oh Yah also the visior is held in with 2 10mm screws.

I just did it. It's basically like tech said. The only difference was that the connector for the wiring was half way up the a pillar so I didn't have to go into the dash. Just be careful pulling off the cover from the a pillar becaue I'm sure it would be expensive to replace and would rattle if you crack the plastic connectors. Much nicer than an ugly big door opener.

I pull the rubber strip off the edge where the door closes to on the edge of the panel.
Then pull the panel towards the passenger side.

Correct. What I did was not take it the whole way out. Pull the bottom lart out first sowly and firmly. Leave it attached where it meets the B pillar. It's in the way a little, but you have to twist it to get it out of the slot above the seatbelt so there's a chance you might crack it. When you put it back in you'll know when it's in correctly because the plastic clip that holds tickets will be firm against the windshield. The first time I put it back together it looked ok, but there was space betteen the clip and windshield.
