Default How to clean switches?

Dear all, Can anyone please advise how to clean those switches and button in our volvos? and wandering how come those switches are so hard to clean and so easy get dirty & yellow. Thanks everyone!

Which switches are you talking about?
I always use a citrus based cleaner to clean everything after I work on the cars.

I use Simple Green. Spray some on a clean rag and then wipe them down. That way you don't run the risk of getting water down in the switch and shorting it out.

Thanks for all you guys prompt reply! The switches I'm talking about is all those interior window switches. After you use the Simple Green or citrus base cleaner, can you clean up those yellow and dirty staff which like printed on the switches?
