I looked around and I didnt see any posts specific to the S70. When I change the HVAC from vents to defrost the air continues to come out the vents. I hear something happening in the dash when I do it (maybe like the door moving) but it doesnt actually change the flow. I can shut all the vents and get enough flow for the defrost to work but I would like for it to work correctly. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

 

There is a lever behind the dash that breaks stopping the motor from moving the arm that changes the flow. You will need to pull the glovebox to get at it and replace the part.

Do you happen to know what that part is called or maybe a part #?
