acouple of weeks ago my radiator started leaking and i knoticed that the uper radiator hose was coming out of the radiator not straight and i think that is why the radiator started leaking
i guess it couldent handle all that pressure because the hose is to long and it came out not straight out of the radiator
i want to know if the dealer would fix this for free because it is volvos fault for having the hose put on in a retarded way

Those idiots will not accept the blame for anything after the car leaves the shop. There was a post a few months ago where a lady took her car in to get it checked and the dealer told her she needed to have something done under the hood. She decided to let her brother do the work. Mind you that she was driving the car for weeks before she took it to the stealer. Well, the brother picked the car up and it didn't make it 5 miles before it burst into flames and burned beyond repair. The dealer said it wasn't their problem because they took the car home.
Unless the radiator is less than 30 days old I don't think you have a case. Always double check behind mechanics, it will pay off in the long run.

Gosh, a 10 year old S70 with a bad radiator! Bet your tires are getting prematurely worn too!
Really - unless they very recently replaced it it's not their fault.
And don't cheap out on the repair. OEM radiator, new OEM hoses, and - unless it was done within the past few years - replace the heater core(I'd go with an OEM unit here, and don't reuse the O rings). Overkill? nah, just "preventive replacement".
Also - it's hard to believe that a hose that could be placed incorrectly and do what happened to you. MAYBE if the hose was too long, but if it's the correct part number then that's not the problem. I think you just had a worn out radiator.
