do i have to get a new headlamp set up if i want to use other bulbs such as PIAAs Xtreme Whites?

 

As long as they are the same style you should be fine.

 

Sylvania Silver Stars do a nice job at a much better price! I replaced all four h-7's in my Volvo and they made a huge difference in my ability to see the road at night! WalMart sells the Silver Stars for $30.00 a pair.
