Default Lower transmission line leaking after seals replaced

My daughters 1998 S70 had a leak on the lower transmission line coming off the radiator. I replaced the seals with IPDs transmission line kit but the leak persists and it leaks at a greater rate. Should I replace the hose, the radiator, or both? Could I plug the ports for the transmission cooler and just delete it?

You cannot do without the transmission cooler. It is absolutely essential for removing heat from the automatic transmission.

Make every effort to find the source of the leak. Replacing the lower transmission line or even replacing the radiator would be a lot less than replacing the transmission.
