Default Lowering springs question

for other types of cars you can use different cars springs. like you can put stock jeep springs on a suzuki samuri to lift it. is there another type of car that i can buy the springs off of, maybe even stock, to lower my s70 a little bit?

You will have to measure the hight and diameter and thespring rate to find replacements.
You can cut a coil off your stock springs if you want.
The best way to lower the car would be to just put some sport springs and be done with it.

1. I have never heard of other car brand springs working or anyone even trying.

2. Yes you can cut a coil off the stock spring, but it isn't a bright idea and can cause problems down the road.

3. Why can't you just buy regular lowering springs for your s70? I mean they do exist.

AMEN to that....The are only $250-$350, and it is done correctly.
Or you can go the more exspensive route and do coilovers like KW ($2050).
