Default Mass air flow sensor- s70

If I remove the connector on the MAF sensor while the car is running then I put it back, should the car stall or keep on running.
I am trying to Isolate a problem and I want to make sure the MAF is not the culprit.
help anyone

It should keep running. It will also toss a CEL. What problem are you trying to isolate?

I'm not sure. I've had cars run with them disconnected so maybe I don't know what that would mean. I would guess that it will stay where it is when you pull the plug on it.

What codes do you have in the OBD-II port?

thanks, but maybe you are not even reading what i asked correctly.
The car starts if i disconnect it,It only stalls when the car is Running, unplug it and then when I plug it back that,s when it stalls.
