MISFIRING IN CYLINDER 2

Can the oxygen sensor or mass flow meter cause that problem?
if it is the sensor which sensor will it be most likely (rear or front).
also is the front and rear have the same connectors,are they the same besides the Length?

No they won't cause a cylinder 2 misfire.
