My 1999 V70 has lost its mind

Two weeks ago it started to shoot hot coolant at me from the passanger side vent under the seat. Turned out to be a bad heater matrix. Now that its been replaced every warning light on the dash is on. I am guessing the ecu was somehow affected by all the coolant splashing around but i thought it was under the hood?

The ar runs but the auto trany is shifting all over the place now and it seems to be running hot and rough.

Any advice would be appreciated.
