Hi RChamb and welcome to Volvo Forums.

You can start with a good wash, wax, and then slam a hole in the muffler. It will look good and sound rough.

Post some pics. If the car has been surviced and runs well, you got a good deal.

thanks. I did clean it and wax it. looks good. but I want to make it look good. like by adding a body kit? or lower it? I was wondering if I can buy a lip anywhere? and do you recommend any exhaust that fit my Volvo?

I have 2 pictures up in my garage. I will add more soon.

IPD Sport Springs will increase handling and lower the car about an inch. Maybe a little more.

They also have a pretty nice exhaust setup, but IPD is pricey. I think they're exhaust setup is $900 w/o shipping.

There is a little stuff around the web that you can get as far as exhaust stuff, it's a little tougher finding body kit stuff.

This is a front bumper from a V70 R.
