New remote keyless entry

Hello,

Can I get a new remote keyless entry and program it to unlock my car? How does that work? I saw tons on eBay.

Only the Dealer can program it.

well, the case of my remote is totally messed up. It came off quite frequently. Went I went to the volvo mechanic, he said he had the cases only for sale for $50.00! If I get that, I don't have to program the remote. But the price....

You can get the case at ipdor off ebay for about half.
