so i just recently (yesterday) purchased my very first volvo YEA! and i had it brought to my trust manic mechanic and he said the ball joints will need to be replaced in the future (like kinda near future) and I was just wondering, I have done a ball joint job on my families E-150 since it goes through a set of them every other year just abut, and I was wondering how simple or complex of a job this would be. I have looked at alldata and it shows a parts list and job hour and all that but no instructions like it did for my econoline monster. I just want to know if i decided to crack into this that i wont find myself half way through it wondering what in the world I am doing them having to use a triple a tow trip to get it to my mechanic. any details or a site with step by step guides would be much appreciated.
