volvo vadis is basically a shop manual put into a program, with diagrams and repair instructions for almost every volvo to date. Has easy to use search features, etc...... is 6GB's so you get the idea. Im sure somone would be able to hook you up with a copy for free, or atleast only shipping.

A manual boost controller? well your already running 10-12 psi, which yes you can turn it up, but you have enough HP and Torque to burn most people already.
I will be putting one in my GLT, but mine is running 5 psi stock.........
Tint- good idea
Air intake - EST or IPD are good ones, I have an EST and can now hear the turbo blow off.
Exhaust - prolly wont need it after the intake, cuz those things sound mean.

Sounds like some combination of sway bar links, motor mounts or spring seats above the front struts. All three are areas that known to go bad on 850's and S/V70's. I'm getting ready to do the spring seats on my 98 V70.

I just had my engine mounts replaced and the sway bar and bushings were done about a year ago...I still have a slight squeak but need to have the front struts replaced as well.
