Default not even a clicking noise...nothing

My 98 S70 will not start. While attempting to jump start, my son confused the positive terminal with the negative terminal on the opposite car. I changed an "ignition switch" fuse in the rectangle fuse box but it blew again when I tried to start it. I have no power on anything. No headlights, wipers, indicators, p/w, p/l, or radio. Only time clock and mileage odometer. Also, replaced the battery. Any ideas?

Did you check all the fuses/relays in both fuse boxes?
There should be a 60 amp fuse. That might be blown.
