Default O2 Sensor Code?

My son has a 1999 S70, nonturbo. The check engine light came on and Auto Zone read the code to be

PO 130: O2 sensor circuirt, bank 1, sensor 1

Wechecked with a local shop and they said it may not be the sensor that is the problem. So we have three questions:

1) What beyond the sensor could cause this code?
2) Is their on online supplier that people suggest he purchase the sensor should that be the problem. A quick search shows the OEMpart number to be Bosch C5010-185920. Can someone please confirm this is correct.
3) For twin cities members, any suggestions for a quality, reasonable priced shop he can take it to?

Thanks for the help everyone.

I can't remember this code very well... Is it running rich, because if so you might need to clean the MAF.

Can't say on whether its running rich. Its my son's car and I haven't driven it since the check engine light came on. Would a dirty MAF cause this code?
