Default OBD Codes - Engine problems?

I pulled two codes from my 99 s70 glt the other day when the check engine light came on. I reset it and the light came back on 2 days later with the same codes. Anyone have any advice on what I can do to fix this on my own.

The codes are:
P1171 - Fuel Adaption, Bank 1
P0013 - Exhaust Cam Position Actuator Open Circuit - Bank 1

I was reading about P0013 at http://www.engine-light-help.com/P00...ine-light.html which hints at a VCT circuit

Someone was saying that P1171 could be related to
air leakage, high fuel pressure, leaking injectors, defective Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor or defective heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).

Not sure how the two codes are related since they both fire together.

I've recently been having some issues in the morning when the car is cool with some hesitation of the engine not being able to exceed 2500rpm. After about 15-30 seconds to revving the engine it goes away and I can drive normally.

Thanks

Hard to say how they are related. Did you check for vacuum leaks yet?

Has the timing belt been replaced lately?

At a loss, I have a 2001 C70, automatic, 2.4 turbo, OCB code P0013, Exhust Camshaft position actuator circuit / open bank 1, has 93000 miles, changed all itmes with timing belt, replaced camshaft position sensor, and the code still shows, sometimes it resets itself, then a few day later comes back, any suggestions, on the problem

It might be off by a tooth or so on the timing belt.

I replaced my MAF sensor and also I had a stuck solenoid on my Cam Adjust Solenoid Actuator(not the sensor). Replaced the solenoid (had a core charge) and no more engine codes for the past year.
