Do you have a CEL? Besides that, please give info about your car. Your problem may not be related.

The car was running fine right before that,I seriously doubt that it,s not related to those additives.

I've fouled oxygen sensors using Seafoam. Both times I got a CEL. I don't think that stuff is completely innocuous.

OK, seems like this thread is going no where. Is your car still running rough? Do you want or need help for that?

This thread is interesting. Someone asks for help, but knows everything. I think a little humility would be appropriate now.

Good luck fixing your car (that you broke by trying to improve it..) and thanks for the feedback; we will keep our advice to ourselves.

"After I put in a bottle of Octane Booster and gas treatment,I notice that the car is running a little rough, any Suggestions."

By adding an Octane booster (the most popular being specifically branded "104+"), your fuel now carries an Octane rating that is too high, which means that it is burning too slowly. Your ECU is unable to advance your ignition timing enough to compensate, so you are running rough.

Suggestions?

1) If your car was running normally before you decided feed it the extraneous chemicals, put in some regular-grade, 87-octane gas in as soon as you can. A few gallons should do the trick, and bring your fuel's octane rating back down to within normal operating parameters. You want it to be 95 at the very highest. If it had a full tank at 104, earn yourself a gold star and do the math as to how much 87 you should add before realistically expecting results.

2) Stop being a dick to the people you asked for help. You basically committed a faux pas akin to walking into a doctor's office and saying "I just finished dinner and now my belly hurts." Then you get all defensive when the doctor asks you what you ate... not cool.

Cheers,
LG
