It is not that bad. After the cap and rotor are out you need to remove the plate that holds the rotor. It is 1 10MM bolt then you can swap the seal out.

I was able to find the one that goes behind the distributor cap at a local auto parts but not this one.

Yes it is the same part number for both seals. You will need to remove the sensor and the plate under it.

Chchouu, I wouldn't suggest using after market seals. Our car had after market seals in there and they were leaking. Most post I have read suggest that after market seals do NOT last as long as OEM seals. Also, make sure your PCV system is not plugged up or you may find yourself repeating this job soon, or worse yet needing a real main seal because your cam seals are no longer the weak point.

I cleaned out the PCV and the flame trap,no smoke from my dip stick,so i doubt it,s plugged.
I am changing it tomorrow so I,ll see how it goes.

Not really. I had to dig at it with the real small screw driver I had in my instructions, are you using one of them? See the picture in item 21.

I had a hard time getting one or two out. The other two were blown out so it was easy. Just have to keep diging at it.
