Default P0243 Code

Just got a CEL popping up and scanned it at autozone and got the P0243 code.

So I am thinking I need to replace turbo hoses and possibly the turbo control valve. Then again maybe a hose popped off. Won't know till I get in there,

I guess I am a little surprised since one of the first things I did when I got the car was replace the valve with one from IPD and put silicon hoses.

If the valve is bad or the hoses are should I replace with OEM and rubber or go back to silicon and IPD? I know IPD has released an updated TCV from the one I bought 2 years ago. Anyone else have experience with silicon hoses failing or this part from IPD crapping out?

Checked everything out today. All hoses are on. No visible cracks. Is there any way to tell for sure the solenoid is bad or is just a process of elimination thing?
