P1672 camshaft reset valve?????
On my 2000 s70, non turbo 5speed auto, i get a code p1672, which is referred to everywhere as a "5v low voltage". On a few websites, they have mentioned as a camshaft reset valve, aka the cvvt solenoid. Now I know I need to replace the o-rings in the oil pan, as if my idle briefly dips below 500 rpms, the oil light flickers. Car has 145k miles, replaced 5 spark plugs less than 1000 miles ago, i go about 8000 miles between oil changes but always mobil one, did the t-belt and all components at 103k, runs great, over 30 mpg on the highway, sometimes has a rough/low idle upon start up, primarily when cold, occasional i will start it it will turn on, then immediately die, very rarely but some times have to crank it a few times. Should I try to clean the cvvt solenoid, i plan to do the oil pan o-rings in the next month or so. Anything I can test or look for?????
