Hi

I have a 99 S70 and the passenger front window has been acting strangely.
Right now it is stuck down and will not go up with either that door switch or the master.
All other windows work.
For a while I thought it was the circuit breaker b/c after removing it and reinserting it the window would then work.
I then discovered that if the driver's door was fully open I could then use either switch to put the window up.
I took the switches out and cleaned them and I am noticing a small amount of arcing on the passenger side switch but it still is not going up.
I hear the motor engaging and stopping since it is already down when I push the down window switch but no sounds at all trying to go up.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Including any instruction on testing with a multi meter-
