Default 91 240 Power window stuck down

The passenger rear window in my 240 is stuck down. It will roll down but not up. All other windows work normally. I swapped switches between the rear doors and nothing changes. I also swapped the connectors on the drivers control panel so that the right rear would control the left rear, no changes. When depressing the down switch on any of these switches(including the original one) I can hear the motor try to roll the window down, but no noise when trying to roll it up.

I cleaned the fuse contacts and replaced the fuse. Like I said all the other windows roll up and down without trouble.

If the problem is the motor, can it be replaceed while the window is down? How difficult is it to replace? Is there a way to manually roll up the window?
I already have the door panel off and can access the screws for the motor.

Thanks for the help.

Have you tested for power at the motor with the switch in the up position?
You may have a wiring issue.
