Question Power lock

My driver side power lock on 2000 S70 is working sporadically opens and locks with remote but then it will not and have to open with the key, all other doors open on second click with remote. I decided to get a used power lock from a '99 donor car and the used part is working (or not in this case) exactly the same, is it a faulty actuator on both of them?, can it be repaired? I could experiment since i have 2 of them now.

You can try to make one if you want but they all have the same issue. I think you got a bad used one.

Talking Fixed!

sprayed some silicone and other grease on the inner mechanism of the lock and seems to have solved the issue, it's working every time now... woha! if only the damn ignition switch could be fixed that way i'd be a happy man.
