Power seats

I have a 98 S70..in the process of refurbishing the car, I was wondering, is it possible to make an electric front passenger seat out of a mechanic?

You would have to find a power seat Frame.

I checked today under the seat, there are some cable oulets, you mean if I take out the mechanic seat and put in a power one from some wrecked car, it's all, the power outlet is already there..?

The wiring is there. You might have to install a relay and a fuse.
