Power Window Question

Power Window Question
I have a 1998 S70. For the past month, the drivers side window has been acting sluggish as if the motor was about to go out. Yesterday, in the midst of a snow/rain storm, the drivers side window got stuck about 1/3 down. PLUS, all other windows would not move. Luckily, all other windows were up. I finally got the drivers side window back up by slamming the door while keeping my finger on the switch. Now, once again, no window will move, regardless of whether I try the drivers switch of the individual door switch.
Question - am I looking at a main switch problem OR a window regulator problem?
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

RE: Power Window Question
Sounds similar to my window problems last year. Click on my name and read the string of posts. Like tech said, could be several problems.
My thoughts: It's not a regulator if all windows quit working. The main power goes to the left door switch from the wiring harness, then it is routed back to each window through the master door switch and the same harness. Good Luck, and you may want to find a wiring diagram. Try this site: http://www.volvotechinfo.com/WD123/
