I can't pass smoge check because my non-continues monitors are not ready even though I drove few 100s miles.
Anybody knows how fix this problem?

No,
I don't have check engine light one.
Actually smoge technitian had note from Volvo that Volvos 96-98 computer sometime getting hard time to collect information.
And Volvo bulleten number listed regurding that problem. But I coundn't find more information.

If the state has a bulletin from Volvo then they should be able to tell you what you have to do..


Performing a driving cycle is pretty hard on these cars.

But within 100 miles it should have been done.
