rear bumper removal

I need to remove the rear bumper to repair a little rust on the back of the car... how do i do this?

There is 3 rivets in each wheel well. Drill them or cut the heads off.
Then there is 2 screws going from like under the car up. Remove them and the bumper will pull off.
