Rear seat removal on 99 S 70.

I’m trying to remove the rear seat on my S70. The right side of the seat lifts up easy but the left side won’t budge.

what am I missing?

Have you pulled out the side bolsters yet?

Non the right side lifts up easy but it seams something is holding the left side. I down loaded two manuals and none address the rear seats.

I noticed that, on the left side, there was a plastic insert but the right side, that plastic insert was missing.
