Default Replacement of switches lights

Hi Everyone,

just found the forum and it seems to contain quite some info. However I could not find
the answer to my question. This week my car 1999 S70 went to the dealer and he told me
all my switch lights need to be replaced. In fact I never even knew they where there :-)

Apperntly every switch not only has on on/off light but also a light that shows the little
picture on the switch. Now all those lights seem to be broken because I never saw one of them
burning. The dealer actually charged a huge amount of money for it so I refused the change.

Question is canI do this myself? I looked at all those switches but I don't know how to removed them.

Regards
Otto

Default RE: Replacement of switches lights

The switches will just pull out.
I think you can replace the bulbs from the back of the switch.
