The rubber on the drivers door and the base of the window leaves really bad marks on the window when ever I put it up or down, Any way that it could be replacedÃ‰

Instead of replacing it, clean it.

Clean it with warm soapy water, no alcohol. If that don't help, might have window out of alignment.
