Default rusting rotors

I live in the Pacific Northwest and during the summer everything is fine. However during the wet months parking my car for more than 4 hours or so causes my brakes to squeal like a stuck pig for about 5-6 intersections. I have worked out that my rotors are rusting in the moist air as they look mostly shiny when I park but when I leave the rotors are visibly slightly rusty.

Is there a certain brand or rotor that is PNW certified? What should I be looking for in my rotor shopping?

Who installed the brakes? Usually if they are greased good when they are installed, they don't squeal.
