Why does everyone want to smoke their tires so much? sport mode lets the car shift at higher gears like stated before, but in economy you build more boost. It has been discussed several times on VS. I never use sport mode.

Tires screeching going around a turn doesn't count, any car can do that.

Hey, I only did it for scientific testing purposes. Really. Didn't have fun doing it at all...
but seriously, the only thing that can come of squealing tires is that they will wear out faster. I don't do it on a regular basis.

And Ruskya Mafia, my tires are neither brand new, nor significantly worn.

Well, then if it's in the name of science, I will allow it. . And yeah, with brand new tires, your not going to be able to get much tire spinning. Besides, FWD cars look kinda silly doing burn outs.
