s70 fan relay

Hi, where is the relay(or resistor?) located? I have removed fan and reinstalled. It worked for a while but now periodically not working with recirc & AC lights flashing. I think I will just replace both. Thanks in advance for any help.

It is to the left of where the blower motor is. It is a black piece with a t-15 screw holding it in.
