Please how do i access the rear speakers for repair or replacement? The cover looks as if it will snap/break under undue pressure. Please help, the sound from the rear speakers is quite irritating.

 

They electricians didnt have any idea on how to remove the rear speaker. They pulled on the speaker cover terribly and out of fear getting the clips snapped, i asked them to discontinue. They wanted to invite the upholstery and panel beater guys to assist. I didnt have any more time to spend there so i pulled away.

 

I saw a thread on the accessibility of the speakers and i have been able to follow the instruction and it took me less than 15 minutes to do the work but i broke a piece of plastic and the speaker is back to life. Thanks.

 

You may be able find another piece of plastic in a salvage yard.

 

Dear Super Moderator, Thanks for your contributions but the fact is that i reside in a remote part of Benue State, Nigeria where volvo is not a common car. Will have to get to Lagos to be able to pick the minor interior fittings that i need. Thanks.
